Teenager hurt in van rollover in rural Clay County
GEORGETOWN, Minn. (KFGO) – A teenager from Fargo was flown to Fargo by Sanford AirMed helicopter following a rollover in rural Georgetown north of Moorhead Friday afternoon.
Clay County Sheriff Mark Empting says the boy, the driver, was ejected from the minivan.
He says the van landed on the boy’s legs. Empting says there were four other teenagers in the van. The 16 and 17-year-olds were released to their parents. The crash remains under investigation.
The crash was reported shortly after 1:30.
